Glorious Day Today!

The kind of day it's worth huddling under the blankets all week for!  (And I took a lot of great pictures if I do say so myself.)

Here are a few highlights:  I managed to complete a couple tasks I'd had planned including vacuuming out Vanessa (my minivan) and spraypainting identifiers on the cottage shutters.  Also my final bbq of the season, grilling up the last of my chicken and salmon, which turned out great.  What a yummy day!  Of course the next two weeks are supposed to be mostly cold and cloudy and rainy and windy but who knows, maybe I'll get another echo of today.

The milkweed's time has come!

Did I mention the final grilling of the season?  Fond memories.

A 4th quarter moon from a vantage point (not far down the beach) which I don't normally reach.
